Janice Gill-Longobardi has been involved with helping Belize for decades.  She was born and raised in Belize and always has had a desire to give back. Her parents instilled a spirit of giving at an early age, especially her mother.  She worked as a nurse manager for decades with the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.  She provided services in multiple inner city hospitals and clinics.  As a registered nurse, she was instrumental in the formation of the Belize American Nursing Community (BANC) and participated in efforts to provide medical supplies as well as travel with the BANC group to conduct nurses' training on the ground in Belize.  Her passion is to provide services and supplies to the needy in Belize.

Paul G. Longobardi is a licensed psychologist who provided mental health services to underserved persons with mental disorders for over 30 years in an inner city community mental health center.  He has made multiple trips to Belize with a locally organized mental health group to provide mental health consultative services and training.  He served as a board member for the Los Angeles chapter of the Mental Health Association.  He was the treasurer for years for his local church.  His extensive background in service illustrates his passion for serving that is continuing through his work with the Foundation.

Trevor A. Graham is a licensed barber and business owner who has owned and operated his own barber salon for 23 years. He has mentored numerous barber trainees toward licensure, independent practice, and home ownership.  He has a giving and serving spirit manifested by his numerous involvements in community activities.  He has held fundraising and community services associated with the Boys and Girls Club of Los Angeles; City of Los Angeles youth programs; homeless shelters of Long Beach; City of Inglewood give back program.  He has collaborated with UCLA in conducting health screenings for diabetes in the community.  He has given free haircuts for both clients of the Foundation for the Junior Blind and residents of a local senior citizens home.  He continues this tradition of service through his work with our Foundation.

Holds aBachelor in psychology degree from Southern Univesity in New Orleans.  He has passionately worked in the public sector particularly in the areas of mental health for the last 19 years. His particular areas of interest, adults dealing with  mental health disease,  those struggling with addiction and  children from abuse and abandonment. Working in Mental health he has come to understand the importance of community which entails the practice of shared resources and ongoing support for those that are served."It is great pleasure to be secretary of a great organization which instills independence, values, and strong work ethic.  This organization simply exemplifies who Belize is as a country, we value education and independence and it has always been our pleasure to passionately sustain the educational needs of the children we have provided resources for.

Vincent Ivoanne Gill-Neal was born in Belize City, Belize.  She attended Miss Maheia Private School and Palotti High School in Belize.  After migrating to the U.S., she graduated from Sawyers Business College in Westwood, Ca., and then earned a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills.  In Belize, she was employed at the Police Training School.  In the U.S., she worked at the American Red Cross and at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science Behavioral Neuroscience Research Center. She also tutored at several middle schools in Los Angeles.  Currently retired, she enjoys swimming and family.  She always seeks to give back and is an important contributing member of the board of the Foundation.

Dorla Gill Usher was born in Belize City, Belize.  She attended Miss Maheia’s Private school, continued on to Wesley College and then Belize Teachers College.  She taught at St. John's Primary School in Belize City, Belize.  After migrating to the U.S., she continued her education and earned an AA degree in Business from Southwest College, and a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  She retired from Union Bank International Department and currently is a travel agent and volunteer with Generation Exchange at LAUSD schools in the community.  She enjoys serving others and is a valued contributor as a member of the board of the Foundation.
